Hatchet

Hatchet made of blackish-brown wood with a round shaft. The shaft terminates in a carved lion with brass eyes. The tongue and the ears are made of iron. Beneath the lion there is a long, slender blade (running lengthways) made of iron and embellished with decorative wavy lines. The handle section of the shaft is made of brass plate.
