About the object
Hase rarely took photos in the outskirts of Freiburg. This photo is therefore special. The village of Wiehre was incorporated into Freiburg as a suburb in 1826. The residents of Brombergstraße lived mainly from agriculture. Many people worked in the city as craftsmen and servants.
