A local labourer carrying buckets is shown paying his respect to a large stone stele on the far left. Although the season is early summer with fresh vegetation appearing in neat rows within the carefully-tended fields, autumn colours have been added by the colourist, lending vivid yet contrasting highlights to the scene.
