About the object
The photo shows the scaffolding in front of the Minster's southern transept facade, which was erected after 1861 for restoration work, during which the sundial painted on the gable since the 16th century was removed. To the left of the main tower you can see the large roof of the parish church of Saint Martin with the baroque ridge turret. Above the Villa Colombi can be seen, which was completed shortly before the picture was taken.
