Anna Maria Brunner (1791-1859), née Ganter von Holzhausen, is portraited here in a sublime wax relief three years before her death. Her wrinkled face in profile is turned to the left toward her husband, whose portrait is also part of the collection. She is wearing a dark shawl over her clothes and a white and blue frilly bonnet.
