Maria Katharina Tröndlin-Haug (1736-1794), née Stibinger, from Freiburg was the mother-in-law of Joseph von Rotteck, who was the Mayor of Freiburg and nephew of the statesman Karl von Rotteck. She is wearing a salmon-coloured dress covered with lace trim. Her powdered hair is tied back.
