A copy after Daniel Weber, which loses some of the vibrancy of the original, but enhances Joseph Alexander's smile. This is a rather cunning, almost malicious version of the first real banker of the Krebs family – almost in contradiction to his strict, English style, with a black jacket and tie fastened in a bow.
