Twin figure, 1870 - 1930
Ibeji figure with a hollow, crown-like head covering. There is evidence of short decorative scars on the forehead and long chevron-shaped ones from the temples over the cheeks. Long, decorative scars are etched vertically on the chest and abdomen. The figure is wearing bracelets on the left hand and both ankles, which are fashioned from blue beads with red and white stripes. A section of the right foot and pedestal has broken off.
